Book your accommodations, if needed
If you're traveling to Jacksonville for training camp, you should know that Jacksonville is BIG. Not just big in terms of population, but BIG in terms of distance. They say that Jacksonville is the biggest city in the United States in terms of square miles - and it's true You can literally drive for almost an hour and still be in the city limits! You'll want to carefully consider where you look for accommodations.
We're partnering with two separate hotels to offer room blocks for the event: the Margaritaville Beach Hotel in Jacksonville Beach, and the Hyatt Place St. Johns Town Center.
Each hotel offers a little different experience and vibe. The Margaritaville hotel is right on the beach in Jacksonville Beach - a place full of nightlife, great restaurants, and literally steps from the Atlantic Ocean. The Hyatt Place is in the midst of one of Jacksonville's largest shopping environments - including super high-end retailers, amazing restaurants, and much more.
The map below shows the general location of the two hotels as well as the general areas where most camp activities will be held. Friday and Saturday events will be in Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra (just south of Jax Beach). Sunday events will be in downtown Jacksonville. For awareness, it's roughly 30 minutes from the beach to downtown, and a little shorter from the Town Center area. The airport is 30-40 minutes from either hotel

Getting around Jacksonville: If you're driving in - no big deal. If you're flying, we suggest that you consider renting a vehicle. You can certainly use ride shares like Uber or Lyft - but the are generally fairly expensive in Jacksonville, and you may find it difficult to transport your bike and other gear
Meals & any special nutrition needs: We will provide hydration stations & on-course nutrition, but all meals, snacks, beverages, coffees, happy hours, etc., will be on your own.
